In order to use our ISDN Internet service, you must have an ISDN line installed at your location. An ISDN line is different than normal telephone line. Call your telephone company to request an ISDN line. One big advantage of ISDN service is that it includes two channels. Each channel can be used for 64Kbps of Internet service, or a phone line. It is possible to use one channel for your regular phone line, and the other channel for Internet service. You can also use both channels for Internet service when you are not using the phone.
