We here at Portbridge take pride in the fact that we hire only the most competent individuals who are trained in all aspects of computer hardware, software and networking to keep our network and services running at their peak.
However, Portbridge Internet does have a scope of support that we have to maintain in order to provide consistent quality of service among all of our customers.
We provide service and troubleshooting for the following:
Email setup and troubleshooting
Dialup setup and troubleshooting
DSL setup and troubleshooting
Internet issues - can't view web pages
Email issues - Can't send/or receive email
Web Hosting services
Domain Transfers
Site Transfers - *Restrictions Apply*
DNS setup and modification
Portbridge Remote Backup setup and troubleshooting
Unfortunately we cannot provide services beyond the scope listed above for a variety of reasons.
Here is a list of the most common issues that we cannot provide service for due to liability
Wireless Network setup and support
Proxy setup and support
Outlook Express MULTIPLE PROFILES
Repairing lost/damaged files (Including email profiles)
Firewall setup and support
Computer Hardware diagnosing/repairing/replacing
Computer software not related to Portbridge
Due to manufacturer limitations we absolutely CAN NOT assist a customer in opening or modifying their computer. Please contact your manufacturer or local computer repair facility for issues related to software and hardware issues _________________ Robert M Parten II |
